Frank Mestas

I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. Growing up, I always felt a strong connection to both the natural and the spiritual worlds, likely influenced by the folk spiritualism of my northern NM Hispano culture. In retrospect, I was always highly sensitive to the energy of my environment as well as the people around me. However, I never really understood what was happening to me or how to deal with it. As a teenager, in an attempt to better understand this part of me, I secretly checked out some books from the library on psychic development, energy work and metaphysics. This one small action eventually blossomed into a lifetime of exploration and learning (in fits and starts), culminating in MPath Energy Wellness. As a certified Reiki II practitioner, an empath, psychic medium, medical intuitive, and energy worker, I’m incredibly honored to be able to share my gifts with others. My goal is to help you reconnect with who you truly are and your purpose in this life by reconnecting you to your soul spark, teaching you how to find balance in all aspects of life and, most importantly, how to access the Divine guidance that is available to us all.
