Spiritual Based Life Coaching
We are spiritual beings having a physical experience. The key to finding peace and happiness in our lives is to find and maintain balance between these two halves of our whole. Together we will explore the blockages and limiting beliefs that are holding you back from achieving this balance and truly manifesting your soul’s purpose. In addition, I will teach you to how to better connect with the Divine guidance that is available to us at all times.
Reiki
Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation and reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing. During the course of a session, I will scan your energy field looking for any imbalances or blockages and then direct energy to those areas. I will then balance and align your chakras and re-energize your energy field. Various crystals, candles, sound healing techniques or essential oils may be used as needed.
Medical Intuition
While I do not diagnose or treat any illness or disease, during the course of reading a person’s energy I often pickup on imbalances present in various organs or systems of the body. I will give advice on what issues to discuss with your licensed medical professional. In addition, I can provide recommendations on complimentary and alternative supplements and treatments that may be worth adding to a traditional treatment plan.
Energy Clearing, Entity Removal and Energy Hygiene
“Everything is energy and energy must flow.” We often ignore this all important fact to the detriment of our own wellness. In the course of our day to day lives, we are constantly exposed to all types of energy. Often that energy encompasses very low vibrations that stick to our own field and can exert influence on us. While this negative energy can never truly hurt us, it can cause us to get stuck in fear, anger and other “negative” emotions by blocking our flow and thus our ability to grow. I will help you remove the negative energy by dissolving it back to Source where it may be recycled and reintegrated with the whole.
